FUNCTIONS OF A PC

FUNCTIONS OF A PC
We will already discuss that the Personal computer consist several electronics component such as input device, output device, storage device, and microprocessor. In this section I discussed on PC functions:

Accepting Data: Accepts data input from the user. PC accepts input through various input devices like the keyboard, mouse, or microphone.

Processing Data: Data processing is the process of manipulating the data using a set of instructions and producing the desired output.

Storing Data: It is Enables to store large amount of data either temporary or permanently. The most used storage devices are hard disk, floppy (both are permanently), and RAM (temporary).

Displaying Data: display device is shows the processed data to the user, PC displays the output through various output devices, such as monitors, printers, or speakers. Any device that gives the output from a computer is called the Output device.

The entire process of accepting, processing, storing, and displaying data is called the Input-Process-Output cycle, show in figure.
